The Madhya Pradesh Employee Selection Board (MPESB) has released the First Phase Result for the Subedar (Stenographer) and Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) Ministerial Recruitment Test 2025. Candidates who appeared for the exam in December 2025 can now download their results using the links provided below.

Selection Process & Exam Pattern
Selection Stages:
- First Phase: Written recruitment test conducted via CBT mode.
- Second Phase: Shorthand/Typing test and Physical Standards verification.
- Final Selection: Based on the combined performance of written tests and skill certifications.
Minimum Physical Standards:
- Height (Male): 162 CMS.
- Height (Female): 152 CMS.
