PHYSICAL FITNESS TEST (PFT) STANDARDS
For Men (Agniveer GD/Tech)
- 1.6 KM Run: 5 Min 30 Sec (60 Marks) / 5 Min 45 Sec (Qualifying for some posts).
- Pull Ups: 10 (40 Marks), 9 (33 Marks), 8 (27 Marks), 7 (21 Marks), 6 (16 Marks).
- 9 Feet Ditch: Need to Jump/Qualify.
- Zig-Zag Balance: Qualify.
For Women (Military Police)
- 1.6 KM Run: 7 Min 30 Sec (Group I) / 8 Min (Group II).
- Long Jump: 10 Feet (Qualify).
- High Jump: 3 Feet (Qualify).
