Paper I (Class 1 to 5)

  • 10+2 Intermediate with 50% marks and passed/appearing in 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
  • OR 10+2 with 50% marks and 4-year B.El.Ed.
  • OR 10+2 with 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).

Paper II (Class 6 to 8)

  • Graduation with 50% marks and passed/appearing in 1-year/2-year B.Ed.
  • OR Graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
  • OR 10+2 with 50% marks and 4-year B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.
  • OR Post-Graduation with 55% marks and 3-year integrated B.Ed-M.Ed.
HOW TO CHECK RESULT & DOWNLOAD MARKSHEET

Candidates can follow these steps to download their qualifying status:

  1. Visit the official website: ctet.nic.in.
  2. Click on the link “CTET FEB 2026 Result” visible on the homepage.
  3. Enter your Roll Number as mentioned on your Admit Card.
  4. Submit and view your subject-wise marks.
  5. Note: Qualified candidates can also download their digital marksheets and eligibility certificates from DigiLocker, which will be uploaded shortly.

A: Generally, a person who scores 60% (90 marks out of 150) or more is considered CTET qualified. School managements (Government, Local bodies, etc.) may give concessions to SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates.

Q3: How many times can a person attempt CTET?
A: There is no restriction on the number of attempts a person can take for acquiring a CTET Certificate. Even a person who has qualified may appear again for improving their score.

Q4: Will the certificates be sent by post?
A: No. CBSE provides digital marksheets and eligibility certificates through DigiLocker, which are digitally signed and legally valid.
