- OR 10+2 with 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
Paper II (Class 6 to 8)
- Graduation with 50% marks and passed/appearing in 1-year/2-year B.Ed.
- OR Graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
- OR 10+2 with 50% marks and 4-year B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.
- OR Post-Graduation with 55% marks and 3-year integrated B.Ed-M.Ed.
