How to Fill NEET UG 2026 Online Form
- Visit the official NTA NEET portal and complete the OTR/Registration process.
- Aadhar Card: Aadhar card is mandatory for all applicants in the NEET 2026 Examination.
- Photo Instructions: Upload a live photo and a clear passport-size (plus 4×6 size) photograph with a white background. Ears must be visible. Include the candidate’s name and the date the photo was taken (must be after 01/01/2026).
- Prepare scanned copies of necessary documents: Photo, Signature, Left & Right hand fingers/thumb impression, and Category Certificate (if applicable).
- Preview the application form carefully to ensure all details are accurate before final submission.
- Pay the application fee via the provided online gateways to complete the process.

Important Checklist for Correction:
- Correction window keval 14 March 2026 tak hi open hai, isliye samay rehte badlav karein.
- Apna naam, category, mobile number aur email address dhyan se check karein.
- Yadi aapne photo upload karte samay date aur naam nahi likha hai, toh ise correction window ke dauran theek kar lein.
- Correction complete hone ke baad revised Confirmation Page ka printout zaroor lein.
